Davood holds a MSc. in Reservoir engineer from Sharif University of Technology in Iran. He has a reservoir engineering background; and was member of board since 2011 and CEO since 2017.

Davood has a +15 years of experience in oil and gas industry in the Middle East, the South East and the NCS (UK&Norway)

Reza Asghari

Chairman

Reza got his MSc. in Petroleum Engineering in PUT, Iran. He has 15 years' work experience with operators and service companies in the Middle East (Gas Condensates), Venezuela (Heavy Oil), and the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

Mohsen Tavakolian

Chief Operations Officer

Mohsen got his MSc. in Reservoir Engineering in Heriot Watt University, UK. 

He has over 16 years of experience working on different light and heavy oil assets in the Middle East, Europe, and the North America.

Kourosh Khadivi

Technical Manager

Kiarash is a reservoir engineer with +20 years of experience in oil & gas industry and have contributed in several reservoir studies and led various studies in the areas of production data analysis and well & reservoir performance.  He has served to various E&P and consultancy companies in Iran since 2002. He also has led a research project in WAG characterization at PETRONAS Research during 2011-2016. He holds MSc. Degree from Heriot Watt University, UK, and PhD. Degree from Sharif University of Technology, Iran both in petroleum engineering.

Vahid Ansari

Project Manager

Vahid got his MSc. in reservoir engineering in Sharif University of Technology, Iran. He is an expert reservoir engineer with over 18 years of experience working on different light&heavy oil as well as gas condensate fields in the Middle East.

During his carrier he prepared several field development plans for both carbonated (conventional or naturally fractured) and sandstone fields.

Maryam Eslahi

IT Manager

Maryam holds her MSc. in IT at Alzahra University, Iran. She is a professional IT engineer with a strong background in Software Engineering. She has good experience working with new technologies.

Talar Aran

HR Manager

Talar got her BSc. in Chemical Engineering in Uis, Norway. She has a vast international experience in drilling fluid mud. She also was invlved in Internal audit, quality check and improvement, risk analysis, HSE introduction for new employees, and coordination of occupational health services.

Ali Fereidounpour

Drilling Manager

Ali is a professional drilling engineer with 20 years of international experience in oil and gas industy. Ali holds a PhD. in drilling engineering from Tehran University, Iran. He is a creative and goal-oriented expert in the design and delivery of cost-effective, high-performance Drilling Well Programs that address complex challenges of a drilling operatio.

Mariwan Aran

Operation Manager

Mariwan got his MSc. in Chemical Engineering in UiS, Norway. He is an expert of drilling fluid and during his carrier he mostly act as operational manager.
